We started with a simple idea: contrast therapy shouldn't require a membership, a studio, or a drive across town. So we built it to travel instead.
We Almost Bought a Studio
The original plan was simple: open a recovery studio, put a sauna and cold plunge inside four walls, and wait for people to come to it. Then we looked around Tampa Bay and saw studios like that already doing exactly that.
At the same time, fitness events were growing fast and recovery and longevity were becoming part of how people actually think about their health, not just an afterthought. That's when the idea shifted. Instead of building a place people had to drive to, we built one that comes to them.
Now we show up at gyms, studios, breweries, and neighborhood events across Tampa Bay, and we drop plunges straight at people's homes. Some guests are deep into their recovery routine already. Others are trying it for the first time. Either way, the goal is the same: make it easy enough that people actually do it.
Why We Built It This Way
Recovery works best when it's actually part of your routine, not a special trip you have to plan for. A mobile setup means we come to your gym, your event, or your driveway instead of asking you to come to us. Less friction means people actually use it, and that's the whole point.
