We show up at gyms, studios, run clubs, and community events all over Tampa Bay. Every event is a little different, so check the tags on each one to see what will be on site.

Event Pricing

At pay-per-session events, pay on site. No reservation, no membership, no commitment.

  • Plunge Only5 minutes in the cold plunge $7.99
  • Sauna Only15 minutes in the sauna $14.99
  • Single Session15 min sauna + 5 min plunge $19.99
  • Double Cycle2x 15 min sauna + 2x 5 min plunge $32.99
  • UnlimitedTwo full hours, in and out as you like $49.00

Some events are free for guests because the host covers it. When that happens, the event says Free for Guests.

Sauna sessions are only available at Full Trailer events. Everyone 18+ signs a quick waiver before their first session.
