Weather

Our setups run outdoors, but a little rain won't stop us. Plunge events keep going through rain, and the sauna trailer keeps running in light rain. Heavy rain, storms, and lightning are what shut us down. Here's how we handle it for on-site events.

The day before

In some cases, if the weather looks too risky, we'll reach out the day before to give you the option to reschedule for free or keep your date. If you keep your date, we're coming, and no refunds apply if weather ends it. If we don't hear back by end of day, we'll keep your date as planned.

Day of cancellations

Unless you kept your date after our warning, if weather cancels your event the day of your event, you can reschedule for free or get a refund minus a $150 trip fee to cover the equipment we've already loaded out.

If weather cancels your event, your payment becomes a credit toward a new date, minus the $150 trip fee. No cash refunds.

Lightning means we pause

If there's lightning nearby, everyone gets out. We restart 30 minutes after the last strike.

If weather ends your event early

• Half or more of your booked time completed: the event counts as complete. No refund.
• Less than half completed: you get a 50% credit toward a future event. No refund.

Have a covered spot?

Let us know when you book. A parking garage or covered patio can keep a plunge setup running when the weather turns.

Credits are good for 60 days from your original event date.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Give us at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your event or rental are not refundable.

At-Home Tub Rentals

Cancellations

Cancel at least 72 hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours aren't refundable.

Who can use it

The renter and everyone using the tub must be 18 or older.

Lightning and storms

If there's lightning nearby, get out of the tub and wait 30 minutes after the last strike before getting back in. When a storm rolls in, switch off and unplug the chiller and keep the cover on until it passes.

Keep the cover on

Put the cover back on every time you're done. It keeps the water clean, cold, and free of leaves and bugs.

Leave it where we set it

Don't move the tub or chiller once we've set it up. If you need it moved, text us and we'll handle it.

Damage

You're responsible for any damage to the tub, chiller, or cover during your rental beyond normal use. Full terms are in the rental agreement you'll sign before delivery.

Age

Everyone who uses the sauna or cold plunge at our events must be 18 or older and have a signed waiver.

At-home tub rentals are for adults only. The renter and everyone who uses the tub must be 18 or older.

Towels

• Private trailer rentals come with 10 towels.
• Private plunge rentals don't include towels, so bring your own.
• Pay-per-session guests at public events get a towel while supplies last.
• Need more? Add 10 extra towels for $25 when you book.

Photos and Video

We love sharing what happens at our events, but we only photograph or film people who say yes.

You choose

Our waiver has a photo and video consent box. If you check it, we may use photos or video of you on our website and social media. If you leave it unchecked, we'll keep you out of our content.

What we shoot without asking

We may photograph our trailer, tubs, and setup at your event. If someone without consent ends up in the background, we'll crop or blur them before posting.

We'll check with you before posting anything that shows your location or tags your business.
