Sauna + Plunge Trailer
Our 20-foot mobile trailer with a five-person cedar sauna and cold plunge. The full hot and cold contrast experience. Self-powered, with water included.
Cold Plunge Event
Two cold plunge tubs on turf in about a 10x10 space. Perfect for run clubs, gym events, and tighter spots where a trailer will not fit.
What Shows Up
Everything is included in your booking. There is nothing to bring, set up, or figure out.
Five-Person Cedar Sauna
A real Harvia heater, cedar benches, and warm lighting. Not an infrared box. This is the traditional setup. Trailer bookings only.
Chilled Cold Plunges
Chilled and held at temperature the entire time, so there is no waiting between guests.
Turf & Towels
Turf flooring, plus fresh towels for up to 10 guests to use on site. Bigger group? More can be added to your booking.
An Operator On Site
We stay the whole time. We manage rotations, water quality, safety, and keep the whole thing moving.
Fifteen Minutes Hot, Five Minutes Cold
A group of 10 comfortably runs two full cycles over a two-hour booking, hot to cold, no waiting between rounds. Book a longer window and the same group can run more cycles, or more people can join in.
Bigger group than that? Tell us the headcount when you reach out and we will map out the timing with you before you commit.
Quick Plunges, Big Groups
Plunges run one to three minutes depending on how brave your guests feel, so two tubs move a crowd fast. It is the easy pick for post-run socials, gym events, and outdoor gatherings.
All we need is a flat spot about 10x10 and access to a hose. No hose nearby? We can bring the water.

Two-hour minimum on all private bookings. Weekend is Friday to Sunday.

- We deliver within 20 miles of St. Petersburg. Outside that radius, reach out and we will quote it.
- Trailer bookings need room to park a 20-foot trailer. Street parking will not work.
- An operator stays on site for the full booking. That is included in the rate, not an add-on.
- Everyone 18 and up signs a quick waiver before their first session.
