Five-Person Cedar Sauna
A real Harvia heater, cedar benches, and warm lighting. Not an infrared box. This is the traditional setup.
Two Cold Plunges
Chilled and held at temperature the entire time, so there is no waiting between guests.
Turf & Towels
Laid turf flooring throughout, plus fresh towels provided for up to 10 guests to use on site. Bigger group? More can be added to your booking.
An Operator On Site
We stay the whole time. We manage rotations, water quality, safety, and keep the whole thing moving.
Fifteen Minutes Hot, Five Minutes Cold
A group of 10 comfortably runs two full cycles over a two-hour booking, hot to cold, no waiting between rounds. Book a longer window and the same group can run more cycles, or more people can join in.

- We deliver within 20 miles of St. Petersburg. Outside that radius, reach out and we will quote it.
- You need room to park a 20-foot trailer. Street parking will not work.
- An operator stays on site for the full booking. That is included in the rate, not an add-on.
