Where do you serve?
We're based in St. Petersburg and serve the greater Tampa Bay area.
What's the difference between a tub rental and the trailer?
Tub rentals are a self-serve cold plunge delivered to your home for a set rental period, from a single day up to a full month. The trailer is our full mobile sauna and cold plunge experience — we bring it to public events, or book it privately for your own location.
What's included with a tub rental?
Delivery, full setup, a sanitation walkthrough, and pickup at the end of your rental. No equipment to buy, no plumbing work required.
What equipment do you use?
Arctic Triumph inflatable cold plunge tubs paired with Titan Wellness chillers.
How long can I rent a tub?
Anywhere from a single day to a full month. We offer 1-day, weekend, 1-week, 2-week, and monthly options.
What do I need to have ready at my home?
A standard power outlet and a flat, level surface for setup. Water access on-site helps us avoid an additional delivery upcharge — if you don't have easy water access, let us know when booking and we'll account for it in your quote.
What's the delivery radius for the trailer?
20 miles from St. Petersburg.
What do you need from me for a private booking?
A minimum booking of 2 hours, and space for a 20ft trailer — a driveway or lot works, but street parking isn't allowed. We provide an onsite operator for every private booking to ensure proper use and safety.
What's the difference between core pricing and private booking pricing?
Core pricing (Sauna Only, Plunge Only, Single Session, etc.) applies when you find us at a public event or pop-up. Private bookings are a separate hourly, half-day, or full-day rate for booking the entire trailer at your location.
Is there a limit on group size?
No cap on total guests for a private booking, but the sauna holds a maximum of 5 people at once and the cold plunge holds a maximum of 2. Add-ons like towels and sauna hats are available for private rentals.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask for at least 48 hours notice. Need something sooner? Message us directly — we'll do what we can to accommodate exceptions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If weather forces a cancellation on an outdoor booking, you'll always get a free reschedule.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are paid securely through our scheduling system. Cash, card, and digital payment options are also accepted directly for private bookings — just ask when you reach out.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 18 or older. Ages 13–17 may participate with a parent or guardian present and a signed consent form. Guests under 13 are not permitted.
Are there health considerations I should know about?
Sauna use involves prolonged heat exposure, cold plunge involves sudden cold exposure, and contrast therapy combines both in sequence. All three place stress on your cardiovascular system.
Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are on medication that affects circulation or temperature regulation, or have any other condition that could be affected by heat or cold exposure. When in doubt, check with a healthcare provider first.
